Sunday - What a day of contrasts! I took the family to
the Yarra Glen Cup meeting this afternoon in what started
out in very hot conditions. After race 4 the heavens opened
up and in the space of half and hour, the place was flooded
and the rest of the day had to be postponed!
I managed to do quite a lot of shooting there today including
quite a few after the rain started. I will put together a small
gallery on pbase in the next few days. For now though, here's
one shot early in the day which reminded me of "The Gates"
in Central Park some weeks ago -
