my cable access was downgraded a few days ago to 28kbps so i'm having trouble
doing anything much on the internet at the moment. it should be back to full
speed on august 1 so until then things happen very very slowly.

it was my mother's 78th birthday today so we did the cake thing - here's the shot -

i was not feeling at all well today - some sort of a migraine
and a dodgy stomach. i didn't even go outside the house all day!
